Mandai has just opened the new East zone of Rainforest Wild Adventure, so I went down for a first look.
In this video, I explore the new area, check out the habitats and attractions, and see whether it really feels like Singapore’s newest zoo experience. Is it worth visiting, and how does it compare with the other wildlife parks at Mandai?

For this price & without T-rex , it’s too expensive . No raptors makes it worst . Glad you enjoyed it .
More exotic small rodents and insectivores would make it worth visiting. Can bring those from Johor pet farms to Mandai to house in their natural settings? Mandai seem to have those rules to restrict it. Probably those are missing out that Singaporeans and tourists like to see? Just too many monkeys but like to see hedgehogs, prairie dogs, tenrecs, weasels, dormice, chipmunks, echidnas, cuscus and the like.
Just too hot to come out. You never do the research on what time to go.
Bro just go to Bukit Timah Nature Reserve. Free of charge and you probably will see more animals there and won’t get overpriced garbage food.

trail walk with a few exotic animals..once u been , u wont wanna go back again..nothing to pull visitors to return..and expensive too. Went there once , covered the whole area in a short time..rather go to the main zoo than this..yes, they wanna make it unique but i dont think the concept works.
Very weird extension, especially for the concept of a zoo.
