Singapore Michelin Star Street Food at Chinatown Complex Food Centre! 🇸🇬 Singapore’s Most Delicious Street Food!
Why am I always surprised when I visit a new hawker centre? We visited the Chinatown Complex Market & Food Centre and found some new favorites. I tried Satay Bee Hoon for the first time and fell in love. And when I thought it couldn’t get any better, we found some amazing Spicy Wontons with an amazing chili oil sauce.
We started off simple, with some good old fashion kaya toast, poached egg and kopi. Then we got some of my favorite food, satay. Both the satay and satay bee hoon was amazing. Then we tried a chicken rice dish that received a Michelin Star, providing a soya sauce chicken rice dish well worth a Michelin.
Finally, we ended the day with some amazing soup dumplings and spicy wontons. These two popular dishes was an unforgettable way to finish our foodie tour of the Chinatown Complex. If you find yourself in Singapore, do not miss this hawker centre!
