Petrol 95: R30.25 (up R3.33)
Petrol 93: R29.88 (up R3.12)
Diesel 0.005% (wholesale): R33.29 (up R3.24)
Diesel 0.05% (wholesale): R31.95 (up R2.84)
Illuminating paraffin (wholesale): R24.47 (up R3.58)
LP gas: R37.81/kg (up 42c)
Coastal petrol 95: R29.38
What it means for you: a car using 8 litres per 100km now costs about 80c more per kilometre than in March. On a 40km daily commute, that’s roughly R700 more a month. In a bakkie, it’s over R1,000.
Fill up before midnight on Tuesday to beat the increase.
