My Singapore dividend portfolio has grown to over S$200,000 — but I definitely didn’t start with S$200,000.
I started investing with just a few hundred dollars at a time, and over the years, this portfolio slowly grew alongside me.
Now that I’m preparing to pay for my first home, I have a much clearer goal for this portfolio: to consistently grow my dividend income and eventually have it help cover my mortgage and other major expenses.
In this video, I share:
🏠 How my mortgage strategy affects the way I’m investing
💰 An update on my S$200K+ Singapore stock portfolio
📈 My plan to invest S$1,840 every month
🇸🇬 Why I consolidated my CDP holdings onto Moomoo
💸 How I’m keeping my investing costs low
📅 How I use features like Dividend Calendar, Smart Save and Moomoo AI
🔄 A step-by-step guide to transferring shares from CDP to Moomoo
I’ve been building this portfolio on Moomoo since 2023, and this video is a continuation of that journey as I become much more intentional about how I want to grow it from here.

How do I transfer my SRS investments to MOOMOO account?
if currently i have SG stocks in CDP which previously used DBS Vickers, and now would like to use Moomoo whilst retaining the direct ownership in CDP. How will the transfer in process differ in terms of selecting from where i should transfer in. 🙂
is it wise to focus more on fund growth than dividend reits?…whilst reits gives dividend, the growth is v neligible though
Do u also use moomoo for US stocks?
Are you no longer using FSM for your SG stocks investing?
Can you do a video on FSM please
