⛽ Electricity and petrol prices could rise after the war in Iran escalated
Energy economist Claes Hemberg estimates:
⚡ +10–20 öre per kWh
⛽ +1–2 SEK per liter of petrol
The reason?
Gas exports, oil trade through the Strait of Hormuz, and global market expectations.
But warmer weather and record oil production may soften the impact.
