What To Eat In Singapore | Amoy Street Food Centre | Must Try Singapore Ramen

Singapore – If you want to try Michelin rated food, just go to a hawker centre in Singapore. In this case, we went to Amoy Street Food Centre to try a Michelin Bib Gourmand ramen. A Noodle Store at stall 01-39 offers a Singapore Style Ramen, recently in 2023 receiving the Michelin rating.

And of course, just 3 stalls down from A Noodle Story, you’ll find Hong Kee Beef Noodle with over 5 Michelin guide mentions as well. We also got to try some Vadai, at the Original Vadai hawker stall and Curry Puffs at J2 Famous Crispy Curry Puff.

We ended our visit to Amoy Street Food Centre on a high note. We stumbled across an amazing nasi lemak at Spicy Wife Nasi Lemak. The chicken was very well seasoned and juicy. The rice had a rich coconut milk and pandan flavor. Probably the best I ever had.

If you find yourself in the Chinatown area, walk down to Amoy Street Food Centre and have yourself a feast. I don’t think you’ll leave there hungry.
