USD/CAD: Capped by a declining trend line

Later today, June Canadian Balance of Trades will be expected at CAD 900 million deficit.
On Tuesday, July Markit Manufacturing PMI surprised to the upside at 52.9, much above 48.6 expected.
CAD remains strong.

The pair is capped by a declining trend line and by its declining 50-day moving average.
The daily RSI stands within its selling area.
A first target is set at horizontal support at 1.3100 and a second one is set at yearly bottom at 1.2950.
