The use of robots to relieve the impact of manpower shortages and rising wages is expected to rise in the next decade and beyond. Local robotics manufacturer OTSAW is making sure it rides that wave. It has invested about S$2 million in its global headquarters in Singapore so that it can ramp up the deployment of its robots around the world to a thousand each year by 2024.
