So create a public transportation system that allows aged 65 and above senior citizens to travelling for free ( during OFF PEAK HOURS = HAPPY HOURS ) encouraging them ACCESS TO MOBILITY

No brainer. One word summarized everything that is wrong in Malaysia. That is RACISM
