Hi Shu, would be good to know what getting a mortgage in Japan is like in terms of interest rates for fixed and variable rates. Seems like no one has covered this previously on YouTube IMO. Also seems likes if you buy a property and decide to knock down and put a new house on the land the house builder acts as the middleman between landowner,mortgage provider and house builder.
