Special Yong Tau Foo (特好酿豆腐) is a hawker stall specialising in yong tau foo. What makes them unique is the bizarre opening hours – it only opens from 1am till 8am. Of course I had to check it out. Why open so late? Why are so many people queuing at midnight? Let’s find out.

I remember Swee Choon before they became famous. The food quality has changed so much since then. Sadly not in a good way
1am is when the party starts.
$7 is not cheap. Suppose lots of people are used to or conditioned $7 for a meal is a norm.
When I am on night shifts, and being so far..
i should not have watched this late into midnight but how could you eat so much food in the span of a few hours!
My favorite food
Probably because of the supper culture. At least for me and brother’s clique, there’s a strong supper culture. Also for those who watch football outside. Or those that chiong nightlife, they have a place to wind down and eat some comfort food before heading home.
But nowadays car COE so expensive, lesser people going supper lol.
As a muslim Malay, we love eating food too. Could you pls mention if the place is halal certified so we can also come and try. Otherwise I don’t see why I need to follow you. At least if I know some shops are halal I can go and try too. Pls consider cuz I love to watch your videos.
Main customers are vampires.
