Not sure the messaging here is bad for Singapore at all really. They only want good, clean, upstanding immigrants, and that’s what they’ll get. They’re telling you to take your dirty money elsewhere. The Chinese themselves have a saying, if you haven’t done anything wrong, why do you fear the dark?
