  • The map shows many of Norway’s most secret military installations, such as Norway’s secret war headquarters and the location of one of Europe’s two transmitters for communicating with NATO’s submarine fleet. The map also shows the location of 237 other important military and security locations. Some military and security experts have been shocked by the map’s release. For example former Chief of Maritime Safety and Naval Home Guard Commander Svein Jarle Jacobsen said that the map is “disastrous for operational safety. I can’t believe that they’ve really done this.”

  • These will not be very efficient in an extended conflict, unless you have a good amount of spare barrels, and large ammunition stockpiles.

  • Bad leap – that shit cant move at all – 70 tons of a political disaster – Finmark cant use this crap ARTY

  • A really bad investment – what did Norway think of- that is SHIT ARTY – Slow crap and wont do good at all – dont you know your own contry roads like and the shit land and rocky lands – no good – Rema is full of badlands and bogs – and you invest in shit heavy artys… no wonder u suck

  • Finnmark brigade is basically restoring Norwegian 6th division with two brigades, the other brigade, have a tank regiment with 54 Leopard 2A8 on order.

Not some dramatic procurement order this, we also need sp howitzer equipment for another brigade in the south. The order placed, should really been for 48 K9 and 24 K10. Also, if both brigades shall be mechanised, then we need two more tank regiments.

We shall see how it goes.

  • Do better research before you make such a video. I am from Norway and follow the developments in our defense closely. This is the first time I have heard that we should acquire more self-propelled artillery, so I checked the information.

I found that this is only a proposal in the annual bill “Investments in the Defense and other matters” that was recently discussed in the Council of State. Nothing has been ordered or signed yet regarding this. So, your claim that Norway have ordered more K9 Thunder Howitzers is false.
