COE prices rise across most categories, Category B reaches S$113,000

The price of a Category B Certificate of Entitlement (COE) rose to $113,000 in Singapore’s latest tender on 5 March, up 3.1% from $109,598 in the previous exercise. While COE prices increased across most categories, the Category A premium dipped slightly to $92,730.
