SEK & CTX: Two high conviction ideas

Seek and Caltex: Offering exposure to offshore earnings. Philip Parker from Altair Asset Management has recently been asked to create a portfolio of his top 10 best ideas. In terms of the macro back drop that is driving their strategy Parker says he is seeking exposure to companies with offshore earnings – predominately in the US but also those with exposure to strength in Asian economies. Parker says that SEEK is now equal #1 in the job placement market in China and is a stock they hold across a number of portfolios. He says SEEK offers exposure to both developed and developing markets and holds leading positions in these markets.
