Is this really Singapore? That was my first impression when I stepped into City Plaza, one of Singapore’s oldest and hard-core malls. Some call it a “Ghost Town” while others call it “nostalgic”. I explored the mall for a day and attempted to spend $100 to see what kind of experience I could get.

They are old and new massage chairs there , the new one same as those at Changi Airport !
The two malls at Jalan Sultan are more like ghost towns than City Plaza !
we are still waiting for your anti China rhetoric
Owners of City Plaza shops and apartments want the whole place to go for enbloc, if the price is right. So nobody is going for renovation of the place anymore.
Ah the mall i use to go to in my childhood for close to 15years i still go there some time for AFC of course
Arnold’s Fried Chicken is still the best!
It’s not a ghost town mall. It’s very bustling on every sundays with a lot of indonesian maids.
The fried chicken restaurant there is great.
Errr, are u sure that’s men’s brief? It seems to the type worn by women! Hopefully, it’s been washed; else very “sway” LOL.
