They will blame apartheid again for their failures.
But you didn’t have to invest in 90% of the population’s services. So obviously the currency worked for a few.
Could still be that if humanity was considered from the scratch. The only change that needed to happen was treatment towards people. All those who have benefited money from 1900s to 1980s are the ones failing to create a system that can make SA that again – of course – none of them ever had intentions to improve human wellness when they set goals of being the elites.
