How you sure that those COT data indicate institutional positions?? Suppose we have 10 positions with $1 each. We may also have 1 position with $10 M investment. Over 90% of traders lose in the market, so the number of positions is not indicative of anything. Wave analysis suggests a correction up to $1.28 for this pair (predictive trading 🙂 )
